Chef Nissi is a professional chef, baker and food entrepreneur with a passion for creating food that makes people feel welcomed and celebrated. Her cooking brings together the rich flavours of Nigerian and African cuisine with English and international dishes.

After building her food and culinary work in Nigeria, Chef Nissi relocated to the United Kingdom and now serves customers from Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Through Chef Nissi Catering, she prepares celebration cakes, pastries, chin chin, food trays, event catering and private dining for individuals, families and special occasions.

For Chef Nissi, every order is personal. Whether it is a birthday cake, a tray of food for family or a full celebration menu, the aim is simple: prepare it carefully, present it beautifully and make the customer feel looked after.
